Shipping policy

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Jeaux’s Petit Treats, LLC ships all orders throughout the contiguous United States using USPS and UPS as our third party shipping carriers. Orders are shipped nationwide, using two day and overnight shipping Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, or holidays. Please note all orders have a 3 business day processing time—We do not process orders on the weekend.
Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. Our carriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Jeaux’s Petit Treats, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment or replacement orders.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. During peak holiday season in the months of November through February and during sale days, orders will process in the order in which they are placed. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email at jeaux@jeauxspetittreats.com. Jeaux’s Petit Treats, LLC is not responsible for any USPS or UPS delivery delays due to the high volume that USPS or UPS experience during the year.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at jeaux@jeauxspetittreats.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reference our refund policy for additional information.
