RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, returns are not accepted under any condition.
We strive to provide the best quality treats at all times. However, if you are dissatisfied with your products or receive damaged items, please contact our team at jeaux@jeauxspetittreats.com for a replacement or refund of your order.
We will evaluate your issue and let you know if you qualify for a refund or replacement. If approved, you will receive a replacement within 7 days or be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
